Battikhi Stays rents furnished family apartments in Amman, Jordan. This page explains what information we collect on battikhistays.com, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Booking request form: your full name, your phone (WhatsApp) number, your dates, the number of guests and anything you write to us. We use it only to reply to you and to arrange your stay.
• Technical data: your IP address, kept for a short time to stop spam, and basic information about the pages you visit.

We never ask for card or bank details on this website.

Cookies and tracking tools

• Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages are viewed and which buttons are tapped.
• Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) records page views, apartment views, WhatsApp taps and booking requests, so we can see which of our posts and ads bring guests. When you send a booking request, Meta may receive a scrambled (hashed) copy of your name and phone number to match it to a Meta account. We never send them to Meta in readable form.
• Your browser remembers the language you chose for this website.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage ads through Meta ad preferences and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Who we share it with

Only Google and Meta, as described above. We do not sell your information. If you book through Airbnb or Booking.com, their own privacy policies apply to that booking.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests for as long as we need them for your stay and our records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on WhatsApp at +962 7 9057 2556 or by email at battikhistays@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
